knowdust is a markdown notebook with version history built in. You log in and write. Every note is a real plain-text file, and every save is quietly kept as a new version with Git in the background — so you can always go back, and nothing is ever locked away.

That's the whole idea: clean markdown, your files kept and versioned, no setup and no clutter. No plugins to assemble, no proprietary format, no sync tax. You can export everything as a zip anytime — your notes are yours.
