If Plus isn't for you, your first purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. The same 7-day window applies to annual plans, counted from your first purchase.

Email [email protected] from your account email, or use Polar's customer portal. Refunds are processed by Polar, which handles payments for knowdust as Merchant of Record.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancelling stops future billing and keeps your paid access until the end of the period you've paid for. The money-back guarantee covers the first 7 days after your first purchase; after that, cancel anytime and simply ride out the paid period.

Your account drops to the Free plan. Your notes stay accessible and exportable — nothing is deleted. History beyond the free 7-day window becomes unavailable to browse, and comes back if you upgrade again.
