What is Export?
Downloading your notes out of knowdust — one note as a .md file, or everything as a .zip — free on every plan, always.
Why it matters
If you ever stop trusting knowdust, you can take everything with you in one click. It's the guarantee against lock-in.
How it works
The zip contains the current version of every note, in the same folders as your sidebar, as plain markdown files. It doesn't include version history — restore a version first if you need its exact text.
